Wild Simplicity Women's Circle

If you’re in need of some holding, to feel seen, to feel heard, to feel belonging, then come along to the Wild Simplicity Women’s Circle. We will gather online (Zoom) on Wednesday 15th May 2024 from 10.30am to 12pm.

Come as you are, bring whatever helps you to feel really cosy and comfortable, you might like to have a cup of tea, a blanket, warm socks, layers, a candle….anything that will help you feel that you’re really carving out some nourishing and nurturing time for yourself.

This is a place to connect to yourself, your heart, your emotions, your body, your breath. A place where all of you is welcome.

The session will not be recorded, this is a live-only session so we can share in confidentiality.
